I agree and don't really mind waiting for the money as much as I do the frustration of them not having to give you an answer right away. As you say they answer only to God and that is about it. Their attitude of indifference is ridiculous but if you play with these cards like Netspend and Mio using them as designed you have to be prepared for grief.

Worst part is if you don't waste hours calling and calling to get your status sitting on hold them they will never start the 6-8 week clock to send you your money.
