Yeah I've seen someone faking a limp to try to smooch a Y-J upgrade and the FA's and GA's saw right through him so I doubt this will work unless he's a good actor

Y-J upgrade requires approval all the way up the line to the purser, and sometimes beyond. Pre-boarding not so much.
