Squeezing all that catering for 120+ ET passengers into just one galley and including a duty free trolley and all the back up drinks you need for a three and a half to four hour each way return flight is very different to catering an aircraft for a much shorter hot breakfast flight using two galleys.
I really am not trying to spin anything. I was just explaining that the 737 has a lot less catering stowages than the airbus and a lot less ovens. In fact it is a quite horrid aircraft to work on and I am sure the staff at LGW are really looking forward to some newer Airbuses.
I really have no need to spin anything. I tell it as it is.
