GB airways (BA Franchise operator) used to manage a hot meal on a B3 service (VLC, ALC and AGP) for ALL passengers on 737 -300 and 737-400 aircraft.

Some of those 737s moved to BA when GB took on A320/A321s

BA Offer a hot breakfast on a DOM and used to offer Hot dinner on my regular run LGW-EDI /ABZ & rtn. (Agree that this was probably 10 years ago now) Often full so 147 passengers (then, before re-config'd with the slim line seats taken from the 757's)

Apparently, even with fewer passengers (allowing for 2+2 CE cabin) on a four hour sector to SKG or Paphos, it can't be done....
