You are already in a "queue" for an upgrade from 48 hours out, the list you can view on the website is the airport upgrade standby list and isn't applied unless there are still open seats left at the gate.

The CPU process runs before then, and if upgrades are available and you are next in line you'll get them. You can't view your place on this list.
