I really don't understand what you mean by this complaint.

In my web browser, in the list of reservations the PNR is in Verdana Bold. If I view a reservation the PNR is also in Verdana Bold, with a larger font size. It is absolutely possible to distinguish between a 0 and an O in this font.

This is one of the most commonly used fonts on the Internet - nothing to do with United in particular.
