Has anyone else noticed this, that UA's website, when displaying confirmation codes, uses a typeface that does not distinguish between a 0 and an O? Apparently no one at United has. On more than one occasion have had to start over, when entering a confirmation code, because I mistook a 0 for an O or vice versa.
