I got my reimbursement for Trial Preferred, but I had to fight with them a bit. They read down a list of fees that are reimbursable, and nothing like preferred trial was on the list. I argued that both baggage and change fees are on the list, and my preferred trial was to get me both of those benefits. It took about 40 minutes total and I had to speak to a supervisor, but eventually they credited me.
