As you know I'm away at the min, so I can't look, but there is a visa card in tesco that doesn't charge the £3.95. I can't remember the name, think its the 3v one or something similar, you get a virtual visa card that you manage on line. From memory (again sketchy) it's about £1 per transaction, so try to spend the whole lot in one go.
