Give an example of your itinerary - and if you can book it with the agent go for it - but if it is complex it cannot be booked on AE.com. Most of our reward bookings are too complex to book online yet valid.

But for example you can book ORD-SFO (stop) SFO-PVG (stop) PVG - ORD with all direct flights on UA can be booked with multi-booking option. You may not be picking correct multi-city stops for the AE.com engine (or just too complex to book online). And only $76.60 in taxes!
