I flew them KWI-BOM 6 months back, and I upgraded. As for the feeling of cheap, low class India, don't forget, most of India still lives in the hinterland, and these guys and their remitances are one big reason the national deficit is lower than what it could be (due to all the petrol/diesel used by the cars of the rich and the middle class ).
