Any bank in the US with a "mobile deposit" function will do. Certain banks in China can crank out US$ cashier's checks as a cheaper wire substitute (typically 50RMB and up compared to 200+ for wire). Take a photo with your phone and the money's in your account the next day (assuming the photos are clear enough for the bank to process).

Recommended on US side:
Schwab (0% forex fee, great customer service)
Banks that I know can do US cashier's checks in China:
Bank of China
Bank of Communications (but my one experience with them led to a lot of agony because they printed their checks too lightly for Schwab to process except under an exact set of lighting conditions)
hello, which branch do you goto - the one that I went to in Plaza 66 say the don't do cashiers checks or DD's - didn't even know what it meant! please help.
