My friend was stuck in Timmins for hours and kept w/ other pax in a small room as security had "gone home" waiting to board Porter to Toronto. This room had doors out to a balmy minus 25 degrees. Finally "maintenance" was done after flights were grounded for hours. Friend was given some hundred so bucks off next Porter flight. Outrage!
