I flew BF EWR-NRT and GF NRT-ORD at the end of November and was disappointed with the difference.

If it's 10k difference and you have a lot of miles, probably worth it. Especially if you are in a center BF seat.

The service was the same = very average, same as all other cabins. Only good service I've seen is ex UK with the UK crew, who seem to be consistently better than their US counterparts.

The food and wine choices weren't noticeably different.

It was the same movie choices.

The seat is a bit better, but not that much. They have the new duvet thing you lie on, which does improve comfort a little.

I'd say it was about 50% full of NRSA's.

Won't waste miles up front on UA going forward and seek out the better carriers, such as OZ for our November trip.

Cheers
