Noticeable NRSA Presence?
Regular non-rev riders, along with inconsistent FAs are two features that distinguish UA and AA Global First from the rest of the world's carriers (by contrast, LH employees can ride only once a year in their First Class upon payment of 10% of the FULL fare).
Just curious, how many NRSAs have folks spotted recently in UA Global First cabins? Maybe it's not so much of a problem as it used to be.
Reading the accounts above suggest that FA performance may be better than in the past; is that the case? Critical aspects include responsiveness to passenger requests via the call button, tone of voice, a ready smile, and proper makeup and grooming.
