Hand luggage + seats
I've never flown on BA before but planning on flying in Y in May. Flying from YYZ to LHR. Are my eyes playing tricks on me when they say hand luggage allowance is 23KG??? WOW!! That is not a misprint right?

Secondly, are we allowed to choose seats for free?
