I would wait until shortly before the flight is due to leave, just in case it gets cancelled at the last minute and you can get the whole of your ticket cost back. If the flight is not cancelled, I would then apply for a refund online. You will only get the taxes minus the £15 so it won't be much (somewhere in the £10-£15 bracket probably) but that is still better than a poke in the eye.
