United Express would gladly provide four of those little bottles of wine, without asking after the first, in first class on flights from ORD to CMH. They would probably offer more, except I can't drink that fast.

In economy on the same flight, I don't imagine you could get the flight crew's attention that often, and if you did, I suspect it wouldn't go over too well.

On mainline, particularly international, this inconsistency between classes is quite striking. Why someone will be treated like a criminal after two drinks in coach (well, often they're treated like criminals without any drinks), but will be practically hooked up to an alcohol IV in business or first, is not clear to me.
