The reason I waited until 2013 wasn't for any particular reason other than it was over Christmas and I was traveling to visit family and was in no rush since I was gifting and knew they will post for 2012 no matter.

The problem I have as stated and it sounds like at least one other person had this happen, was Delta auto deposited them in MY account at the 13 days mark. I feel like this has to be a computer error where they just expunge and auto-dump everyone's unclaimed spend threshold mqm's into their acount at 12:01 Jan 1st. Which obviously is in breach of the T&C's and no one at delta seems to be making this easy to correct.
