My wife's BA Visa annual fee just showed up. We used the card very heavily in 2010 and 2011 but not much in 2012. Closed the account without any offers and moved the credit limit to the Amtrak card.
I wonder whether Chase will at one point make her a nice "please come back offer". We used to spend 30-40k on her Chase cards (mostly BA Visa) but not anymore. She is now down to only the Amtrak card with <1k in spending.
