More importantly - a new problem I now have is that my SKYBONUS account number AND my Trusted Traveler Number keeps getting removed from my profile.

You want to see an unhappy person - watch me at the airport finding out that I don't have pre-check because my number removed from reservation. Had to check each one and fix.
