Did the flight attendant do any valid research, or they just made this observation and passed it onto management... seems very unscientific. Especially for this guy whose taking Quant research this term... just sayin', AS.

Regardless, I always use the pepper and will be sure to ask now when meal orders are being placed or trays delivered. Sigh.
