Hello,

It is quite easy actually. It seems you have issued an award at this point and not made a booking. An unnecessary step, but wont cause you any problems as the award can be inserted into a booking online.

Normally you log in voyager from the front page of the site, then search for flights on top left of screen.

Then you select the flights you want and click continue

You will now click "BOOK AND INSERT AN EXISTING AWARD" very important!!! Normally you would just click on "BOOK AND REDEEM AN AWARD" but as you have done the extra step of already redeeming the award you must choose "
BOOK AND INSERT AN EXISTING AWARD"

Pay your taxes online with a credit card and you done
