They are usually very policy driven.However, last year i had a big mess and as i cannot go to the airport or office , i spoke with one of the supervisors who did an exception.He asked me to drop an email after his authorization. I sent an email and received response within minutes and they charged the card. This is an exception which was given by one of the supervisors based in Mumbai. I am sure there are ways, however you need a supervisor who is willing to bend the rules that they made.

Thanks Taran. Quite silly rules really. Just say for someone who is not in a city with an Airport office. They need to send a person 4-5 hrs to get a ticket reissued.
This is one thing I really hate about Jet. They can be so backwards at times.
