I got my wife a DKB account recently as a separate wage checking account (she resumed work recently, has no schufa credit rating (other than a partner CC with my M&M DKB MC), they gave her a 100€ limit. Her checking account has more than 100€ on it, but around xmas she could not withdraw more than 100€ from the ATM in Finland using the CC attached to the account.

I have a DKB checking account, the limit given to me was 1000€, probably because of my credit history with the bank (have a M&M CC since 10-11 years) and my schufa credit rating, although I had lived and earned my wages for 4 years just prior to applying for the DKB account.
