I seem to understand that I need to have TG "associate" or manually input my ticket number in the reservation but the Thai CSr says she can't see my reservation at all. How do I have her pull up my rezy if she cant see it?

Stop calling TG and email their lax reservations right away & ask them to manually associate the record locators with the appropriate ticket numbers. They will email back saying everything in order and should be no problem for travel. This way you will have written confirmation and if anything goes wrong you can refer the TG agents in RGN or BKK to the email.
