Government Rate - Points, Upgrades, CC
If I am staying at a Hilton using the Government rate, I believe that I will not be eligible for HHonors points and stay credit. Has there been credit awarded in the past?
-Also, will I recieve all other Diamond benefits?
-Will my bonus points per dollar on my Citi Visa be credited?
