But maybe that's just me. If the service was that bad and there was never an opportunity to get their attention, file a complaint. Don't keep pressing that button.
That's what it's there for. Here's what it looks like:

Note that it doesn't say "911" or "For Emergency Use Only." Its intended function is rather clear to me.
