Pickup & Dropoff Location: LAX
Pickup Date: 26th January
Dropoff Date: 9th February
Preferred Vehicle type: Doesn't have to be luxurious, just need a huge SUV, maybe a Suburban or Yukon?
Programs: Hertz #1 Gold, airlines (*A)
Best price found: $2100 on Hertz corporate discount site.

Thanks.
Based on the description of what you'll be bringing with you, I think you could get away with a 7-passenger standard SUV (FRAR) if you put the third row down, so I checked rates on those too. A large SUV (FFAR, Yukon/Tahoe) like you mentioned should definitely be large enough. I don't think you'll need anything larger (e.g. PFAR/Yukon XL).

I also saw that you're *A Gold, which means you're a frequent flyer. Use your (or some other) airline's CDP for a bit of a discount. Most airline CDPs (regardless of status) produce the same rates.

Using an airline CDP and PC# 176492, I found a FRAR (Chevy Traverse or similar) for $951.83 and a FFAR (Tahoe/Yukon or similar) for $1195.04.
