Samsung keeps looking better and better....
the way it runs requires that the phone is jailbroken - the usual 'Apple doesn't allow you to write this sort of stuff for the app store' problem.

this doesn't chaneg your call time or data usage, I have mine configured so that data connections are kept, only the 3G radio gets disabled when locked. So I don't miss any push notifications or anything, but I only run the 3G radio when I'm actually doing stuff.
