I have a ticket booked in may2012. I flew the first segment in may 2012. The rest of the trip is scheduled for feb2013. Due to work reasons I cannot go in feb. Earlier I thought that I need to finish my trip by may 2013, but an air canada agent told me that I could pay the change fee, and maybe change the routing, and my ticket will be valid for 1 year from the date of reissue i.e. If I do the change now it is valid till Jan2014. Is this possible, or was the agent mistaken?
