I found rates from the West Maui Rental Center HLE, going to OGG as you specified. They do offer a pick-up service in case you are interested.
I took a shot in the dark and tried using the Hertz Global Sale (Hertz Europe Limited) CDP# 766960 (which is available for anyone to use), and it produced some incredible rates. Check this out:
ECAR: $46.67 a/i
CCAR: $48.75 a/i
ICAR: $51.88 a/i
On the
Hertz Sale page, though, it does say this:
Terms and Conditions apply. This offer is not valid for domestic rentals (reservations made in the US or Canada for cars picked up in the US or Canada). Mention discount code CDP 766960 when making reservations.
I don't think you'll have a problem with it, since the system accepts it and generates a rate. But if something should come up, switch to the Delta CDP (# 165385) instead. Rates with that were much higher (upper $70s and $80s) but were still a bit cheaper than completely undiscounted rates.
