I personally have flown it once. But my kids always use it. They were always fine with it. My daughter liked the Laduree lunch boxes. My son the iPad movies. But the last flight both commented on how lousy it became. The food was bad and the movie selection was limited. They both are going back in it, but am not sure if they'll use it again without any fussing.

They both said that it wasn't what it used to be.

Oh yes, they mentioned something about lounge access, but both are higher ups in the color card coding it didn't bother them.
