What programs allow the transferring of points to another person for a fee and what programs allow it free of charge? It'd be nice to get a thread going with that info. I'll start:

Free Transfer
Club Carlson: "Yes, if you have the name or account number of another Club Carlson member, you may transfer points to that person by calling Member Services." (1-888-288-8889)

SPG: "'It’s not possible to create a joint Starwood Preferred Guest account and we are unable to combine two accounts if they’re registered in different names. However, it’s possible to transfer Starpoints between two Starwood Preferred Guest accounts if the household address is the same on both accounts." Hilton Hhonors: "You can instantly transfer your points to another HHonors member in increments of 10,000 points, at a cost of $25 USD per 10,000 points.
