hotel breakfast will most likely be better (and so will be the on board one) than the F lounge offering.

If you end up having food there, suggest you go for a self-created combo, i.e. create your own Full English by picking and choosing bacon, eggs, beans etc.

I've had the scrambled egg and salmon and didnt mind it. it's clearly not fresh nor creamy but with a bit of salt and pepper, it was ok (didnt want the bacon roll etc as personal trainer has been strict about carbs if target beach 'shape' is to be reached for my upcoming OZ trip... ).
