Just to clarify: You booked, called the hotels, said you are Concierge and asked for a free upgrade to a suite? I seldom get a suite, Business Class rooms are what I get in 99% of upgrades. How do you manage to get a suite, and especially: how do you manage to get it confirmed so far in advance?? Or do you do the paid upgrade thing?
