I have both Ink Plus and Ink Bold - so I don't need to keep both. The Bold is up for renewal next month. I called to "explore my options" - and the best the rep said he could do was give me 10K points after a $5K spend, with no waiver of annual fee. I said to the rep that the 10K points was roughly the same value as the annual fee, so in reality, the offer is not very valuable. he agreed, but said it was the best he could offer. I'll give it another try, but most likely will cancel ...
