As I'd like to spend some time on the East Coast, is it possible to build in several days delay between the LHR-JFK and JFK-SFO legs? I attempted adding a 3rd flight, but this resulted in the cost going up to over £2k, or the JFK-SFO leg being on BlueJet in economy.
