claiming necatar points from a previous rental..joke
i saw that id missed out claiming a few nectar points from a older rental
filled out the online form and got a email back saying no your dates dont match (they did)
so i scanned the booking confirmation and replied to the email they gave me along with the file of the booking papers and they then replied in what i think is spanish lol
is this normal , seems like they give the run around
anyone got a email i can try that will get through to someone normal that doesnt give a automated "computer says no" reply
