Great suite - but something is missing and I don't know what - other than me in the future.
Thankfully I have been accepted for status match with Priority Club - it cannot be any worse.
I have often asked the housekeeping to clear out the Hermes to replace them with L'Occitane which I prefer. You can always request for the Hermes back you know, no need to get worked up.
