can anyone help with this was having trouble booking...

SDJ (sendai,japan) to ala(almaty kazahstan)

only thing could find was
sdj-nrt
nrt-cai(2day stop)
cai-ist
ist -ala
ala-ist-
ist-nrt
nrt-sdj

they said this would be 120,000 in bus for one person when it should be 30,000
when i questioned it they said the problem was cairo-however no other way to go in bus(its in august and oz flights blocked)
any ideas?would losing the stopover help?
