Disappointed by this, as I have been a loyal searcher.

But what I want to know is what will happen to the miles I should have already earned this month, and what will happen between today and 1/10. The e-mail makes no reference to it, and knowing this is Cartera I'm afraid of being ripped off.

I'll send a query, but of course I won't expect to hear back until it's all over.
