he reported that he showd up at the counter "about" 10 minutes from scheduled departure. From his other data points, after they already had IDB'd other passengers (with the full IDB compensation) whom the agent logged as showing up before T-10.
As a result of the continued postings on this thread, If he files suit or a DOT complaint Southwest has the pertinent information (flight #, etc) and the posts may cast doubt against the plaintiff.
