Hi, sorry if this may sound a little too amateur from my part, but I just find SAA's site to be so counter-intuitive for award tickets that I simply don't know if what I'm doing is actually correct. Can someone please enlighten me on how to book an award ticket? I already issued a *A award, which I thought was the correct procedure, costing 97k from South America to North/South Asia, but now I seem to be at a loss. This whole thing doesn't seem very customer/user friendly; the only time I issued an award ticket was with AF's FlyingBlue and it was a total breeze.
