Step one. Vote with your wallet and use your freedom of speech. Whine away on their FB page, bomb them with complaints. Maybe they improve.
Im not sure whether consumer agencies would be relevant here, but its always worth considering. Just as IHG were forced to liberalize their t&c for BRG after consumer agencies in UK stood up after one bright soul dared to question deceptive marketing.
