is there a catch in this? it is the school solution for an expiring ticket.....

the down side is tieing up some $ in the new ticket....

is there a catch like only getting a partial refund if you don't buy another ticket?

edit to add....doing this extends the credit to the date of the new ticket....not for a year, but up to a year....
