I agree. I don't think this is maintainable really. I do put my flights on ba97 and I think it would be easier if the wikipost doesn't need to be updated for anyone who is willing to post flights on ba97. I realise that many people don't want to do so and that's fine. There's also an FT lounge meetup system, but not many people want to use that either it seems (not me either as I don't like it).

So how about updating the wikipost and saying to guestees to check ba97 and the FT lounge calendar first, and only people who don't use those will post guesting on the wikipost?
