Business class is lie-flat Business Premier on the 747-400, 777-200ER, and 777-300ER aircraft. The 767-300ER aircraft have the much older recliner-style business class seating. The service should be very similar if not outright identical on all aircraft (subject to route/catering constraints).

I would not consider Premium Economy (and it would sound like you were on the 773) equivalent to business class on any airline.
