Jet no longer accepts credit cards over email for cash upgrades. We could in past fax in a reward request form and get them to charge the credit card for the cash upgrade. Now they want us to go down to a Jet office within 24hrs to process the upgrade by paying the fees.
I am 3hrs drivefrom my nearest office so rarely do I do this and my PNR has always reflected the upgrade. Normally this is 3-4 days out.
Does anyone have any experience on this? Is their a way to pay over phone or extend the 24hr time limit? My flight time time is over 10 days out.
the last couple of times i used the cash upgrade they gave me a 24 hour limit & said they couldn't hold the seat any longer....they said i could either pay the upgrade at the airport or at the city office....
