After a decent weekend, I'm down another 0.4 pounds. Sunday's breakfast still had me full at 7 PM, to the point htat I seriously pondered skipping dinner.

Total lost on WW is 13.4 lbs.

We're having dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight, and I've plotted out my meal--a Chicken Caesar Salad. This leaves me with more than enough points for lunch today, even though I don't know what lunch will be yet.

I tried something different for breakfast this morning. Typically, breakfast is a McDonald's Egg McMuffin. While it fits into my daily points, I know it's not the healthiest option. Likewise, since Mr. Kipper and I are on a quest to save money this year, spending $2.50/weekday for breakfast isn't helping that.

So, when we did our grocery shopping yesterday, I picked up english muffins, fat-free cheddar cheese, canadian bacon, and egg whites. I save 3 points/day by making my own egg mcmuffin at home, plus I save $2.50/day.

I didn't eat all of the sandwich this morning, and even though I ate 4 hours ago, I'm starting to feel hungry. That said, lunch is going to be something responsible.
